Adnoxx Ads Limited, a Hong Kong company, operates Adnoxx. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us or use our advertising-management services. Our contact details appear above and on our contact page.

Your advertising data and other people's information
Only provide information you are authorised to use. If you configure tracking or supply customer information through a connected advertising service, you are responsible for the notices, permissions and legal basis required for that collection and disclosure. Follow the applicable platform's data restrictions. Do not submit patient records, diagnoses or other sensitive health information to Adnoxx.
Where we process information on behalf of your business, any applicable service agreement or data-processing terms govern that processing. Meta and other connected services also process information under their own policies; this notice does not replace those policies.
Who may receive information?
Information needed to operate the service may be processed by hosting, database, authentication, communications, support and payment-service providers. When you request a connected feature, the information necessary for that feature may be sent to the relevant advertising or technology provider. Access should be limited to the purpose of the service and to authorised personnel.
We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect the security of the service or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. In a corporate transaction, relevant information may be transferred subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses session and preference technologies needed for sign-in, security and a consistent interface. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary cookies can prevent parts of the service from working.
Only after you select Accept do we load Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, to understand visits to our public website and to measure the advertising that brought you here. We measure public-page visits, clicks to apply or contact us, calculator use and completed account creation. Both providers use cookies and technical information about your browser and device for this measurement. We store your choice in your browser so we can apply it on later visits.
This measurement does not send campaign-dashboard activity, form-field contents or the amounts entered into the calculator. We do not include your name or account details in these events, and we never send your email address itself. When you complete account creation we send Meta a one-way cryptographic hash of your email address, which lets Meta recognise a match it already holds but cannot be read back into an address by us or by anyone else. You can decline or withdraw your consent by opening Analytics preferences on the public website and selecting Decline. Withdrawal stops further measurement and clears the measurement cookies set by this website, including Meta's; it does not undo information already sent to Google or Meta.
Some of this measurement is sent from our own servers rather than from your browser, using Meta's Conversions API. It covers the same events described above and is subject to the same choice: if you decline, nothing is sent from either place. We mention it because a browser extension or tracker blocker will not show you these messages, and you should know they exist.
The Meta pixel sets two cookies on this website, _fbp and _fbc, which identify a browser and an advertisement click. Declining removes them.

Retention and security
We retain personal information for the purposes described here and for applicable business, accounting, legal and security requirements. Retention depends on the record and the reason it is held. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable obligations and backup cycles.
We use access controls and technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorised access through our contact page.
International processing
Adnoxx operates from Hong Kong and uses technology services that may process information in other locations. Applicable safeguards and contractual requirements depend on the information, the provider and the laws that apply to your relationship with us. Access, correction and other requests
You can contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information. You may also ask about deletion or other rights available under the law that applies to you. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate operational reasons; we will explain relevant limitations when responding.
